The Daily Scoreboard

Five lines, every evening, for 14 days. What gets measured gets done.

The five lines

Every evening, before bed, answer five questions. Yes or no. Two minutes with a pen. The scoreboard does not judge your day, it shows you your day.

#The lineWhat counts
1Did I keep my limits? The three from Draw the Line. All of them.
2Did I move my body?A walk counts. The gym counts more. Zero does not count.
3Did I show up for my kids in some form?Presence, a call, a letter, a game move, a note in the lunchbox. Some form beats no form.
4Did I touch one pillar?Vault, Temple, Kingdom, or Chalice. One deliberate move on one front.
5Did I help one dad?A comment, a like that lifts a post, a DM. Give dads some love.

The 14-day grid

Write the date as you go. Mark a check for yes, an X for no. Real marks only. An honest X is worth more than a fake check.

Streaks and grace

Streaks matter because they compound. Grace matters because you are a man, not a machine. A missed day is data, not a verdict: mark it, find the cause, score again tomorrow night. The only failed scoreboard is the one you stop filling out.

Next step: run your first scoreboard tonight, then post your five marks in The Daily Fire tomorrow morning. The thread resets every day. Be in it.
