The Proving Grounds · Module 4 Mission

The 30-Day Sprint

One pillar. Thirty days. Three actions a week. Inputs you control, written where you can see them.

1. Pick one pillar

Check one box. One. The weakest pillar usually deserves the sprint, because the weakest pillar sets your ceiling.

2. Define done in one sentence

Done is something you can point at on day 30, not a feeling. Make it concrete enough that a brother could check it.

By day 30, done means:
Sprint starts:Day 15 lands on:Day 30 lands on:

3. Three actions a week

Actions are inputs: sessions, calls, pages, reps, dollars moved. You control inputs. Inputs move outcomes. Write three per week and mark the box when each one is done.

4. The midpoint check

On day 15, post in The Anvil: where you are, where you are stuck, what changes for the back half. Stuck and honest beats silent and polished. The back half of a sprint is won at the midpoint.

Next step: announce it. Post your sprint in The Daily Fire today: the pillar, the done sentence, your week one actions. A sprint with witnesses survives week two.
