Kids Deserve Dads is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 82-3510748). Dads come to us on the worst days of their lives. We treat your information the way we treat you: with respect, and without games.

What we collect

When you opt in on this site we collect what you give us: your phone number, your email address, your first name, and your state if you join a state advocacy list. When you donate, payment is processed by GiveButter and we receive your name, email, and donation amount. We do not see or store your card number.

SMS / text message program

By submitting your phone number you consent to receive recurring text messages from Kids Deserve Dads, including the daily encouragement text and program updates. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies (typically one message per day). Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP at any time to cancel. Reply HELP for help or contact zac@kidsdeservedads.org. We will never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

How we use your information

To send you the things you asked for: the daily text, the eBook, the Morning Coffee Hour link, state advocacy updates, and updates about programs you express interest in. To process donations and issue tax receipts. To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.

What we never do

We never sell your data. We never rent our list. We never share your story, your situation, or your contact information with anyone outside the organization without your permission, except where the law requires it.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to operate: a CRM and messaging platform for texts and emails, GiveButter for donations, and Vercel for website hosting and anonymous traffic analytics. Each receives only what it needs to do its job.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from texts by replying STOP. Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email. Want your data deleted entirely? Email zac@kidsdeservedads.org and it is done.

Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
