By using this website or joining any Kids Deserve Dads program you agree to these terms. We keep them short and honest.

Who we are

Kids Deserve Dads is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit (EIN 82-3510748) serving fathers and their children. Programs include the daily text, the Morning Coffee Hour, community tiers, coaching, and The FORGE intensive.

Everything on this site and in our programs is education, encouragement, and brotherhood. It is not legal advice, mental health treatment, or medical care. For legal questions hire a licensed attorney in your state. If you are in crisis, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) right now. We mean that.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for your own decisions, including legal, financial, and parenting decisions. Our programs work when you do the work, and no outcome is guaranteed.

Donations

Donations are processed by GiveButter and are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Donations are not refundable except where required by law or in cases of demonstrable error.

Paid programs

Pricing, cohort dates, and program terms for paid offerings (The FORGE, Direct Coaching, community tiers) are stated at the point of purchase. Specific refund and cancellation terms are provided with each program's enrollment agreement.

Conduct

This is a brotherhood. Inside any KDD community or call: no harassment, no hate, no sharing another man's story outside the room. We remove people who break this, with or without refund at our discretion.

Content and trademarks

The Letter, essays, program materials, and the names Kids Deserve Dads, The FORGE, Houses of Hope, and The Forged Father belong to Kids Deserve Dads. Share links freely. Do not republish our content commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kids Deserve Dads is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our programs.
