Is this therapy?+
No. This is coaching, community, and structure. Many of our men also work with a licensed therapist, and we encourage it. If you are in crisis right now, call or text 988.
What does it cost to start?+
Nothing. The daily text, the Morning Coffee Hour, and the Proving Ground community are free. Paid programs exist for men who want more structure, and every full FORGE cohort funds a scholarship seat.
Can I cancel?+
Yes. Paid programs are month-to-month or cohort-based, and you can step back to the free tiers at any time. No man gets shamed for a season change.
