Kids Deserve Dads is a nonprofit corporation recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity, EIN 82-3510748, incorporated in Wyoming and registered in South Dakota. Contributions are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. No goods or services are provided in exchange for donations unless expressly stated at the time of the gift.

Our website can be read anywhere, and donations may reach us from any state. Where a state requires charitable solicitation registration for the ways we raise funds there, we register or refrain from soliciting in that state. A copy of our IRS determination and our latest annual filing information is available on request.

Residents of states that require specific disclosure language can request it, along with our financial information, by writing to zac@kidsdeservedads.org. Registration with a state agency does not imply endorsement, approval, or recommendation by that state.

The Be The King progressive raffle is charitable gaming conducted under license in South Dakota and Wyoming only, and raffle participation is limited accordingly.
